All reports are available through the Medi-Type website 24x7 and give you the exact information on a real time basis.
 

Dictation monitoring
Dictations in both 1-800 numbers and uploaded dictations from digital voice recorders or other dictation capture methods can be monitored through our website

Work Status monitoring
Work Status Monitoring allows all clients to monitor the work through a web browser - from dictation to transcribed reports

Accuracy monitoring
Accuracy Monitoring allows all clients to monitor the work through a web browser - from start (dictation) to finish (transcribed reports). It requires the installation of  MS Word Macro to be able to monitor the accuracy of Medi-Type’s output based on corrections done by hospital administrators/doctors.

Billing monitoring
All invoices can be accessed through our website. Billing periods are updated on a daily basis.

Corrected Files monitoring
Files that have revisions or corrections can be easily accessed through the corrected files monitoring report.

Physician Approval and Sign-Off Monitoring
Health Information Managers can print and monitor reports for review by the doctors. Reports that need to be reprinted due to revisions or corrections are properly tagged while reports that are signed off as approved for final copy are correspondingly tagged.
