Our Health Record Indexers are experienced and qualified medical document specialists and are all college graduates from medical schools. Furthermore, our Editors and Quality Control Personnel
undergo rigorous training on sampling & inspection of medical documents. They are trained to evaluate the indexers’ performance to ensure that the committed accuracy rate to the client is maintained by Medi-type.
Our scanner operators have extensive experience in operating and maintaining high speed and low speed scanners and other scanning equipment, and are experts in handling images.
