INDEXING
Indexing requirements for the medical records may be done full text, selective, or even annotated, with a minimum guaranteed accuracy rate of 98% up to a maximum of
99.995%.
Selective indexing uses only key words that are picked up from the pages of the medical documents. Full text indexing uses every word found on every page as index for the medical documents. Full text or selective indexing
can be done from paper or image.
Depending on the quality of the medical document, indexing may be software assisted through optical character recognition (OCR).
